Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Alvorant to collect protected health information (PHI), full payment card numbers, or any data prohibited by applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Alvorant. We do not claim ownership over your form schemas, submissions, or workflows.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
