Prohibited Data Types

Do not use Alvorant to collect or store:

• Protected Health Information (PHI/HIPAA)
• Full payment card numbers or CVVs entered directly into Alvorant fields; use only an approved, validated payment-processor flow when that capability is available
• Government-classified information (CUI, FOUO)
• Social Security numbers or government IDs
• Passwords or authentication credentials

Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam through form email notifications
• Creating forms designed to phish or deceive respondents
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls
• Using the AI features to generate harmful or illegal content
• Reselling the service without authorization

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We will attempt to notify you before taking action, except in cases of imminent harm.
